Monrovia Alumni Christmas Ornament Workshop

The Monrovia Festival * Community Association has requested the support of the Monrovia Alumni Association in preparing for he first annual Hometown Christmas Celebration scheduled for Saturday Nov 30,2024. The event will include a Christmas tree lighting. They are looking for a representative for each class to coordinate and design an ornament to be placed on the tree. Each class can design an ornament to reflect their class in some way, if you wish. 

If you are interested in being the representative for your class and are looking for a creative space to get together with your classmates to design & create the ornament, this is it! I have several classes already planning to come here. I am dedicating a couple of nights this month and next for this, but feel free to contact me to schedule another date if these do not work for you. I am open Weds-Sat so I could accommodate your group on any of those days, but I would also be willing to let you use the space outside of our normal hours as well, as long as we set something up.  

I will not be charging for these, but please bring your own ornament base OR make a $5-10 donation per class (if you're planning to use my supplies) 
OR donate some supplies to the cause. I will have a box to collect donated items in. Drop off any time during normal business hours. 

Ornament guidelines: 
No bigger than a Softball. 
Graduating Year must appear on the ornament.
NO Glass ornaments.
MUST BE Weather Resistant

Ornaments will not be returned as they will be placed on the tree each year.

Ornaments need to be completed and delivered by November 23, 2024 to the Festival Building.
