New Moon Sound Journey at SOBA West End with Jen Valdes
Event description
Embrace new beginnings with our New Moon Sound Bath at SOBA.
Allow yourself to be carried by the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and drums as you align with the potent energy of the new moon and set intentions for fresh starts.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound waves and frequencies to promote physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
As you lie comfortably supported, these sacred instruments create a cocoon of sound that helps quiet the mind and release what no longer serves you, making space for new possibilities to emerge. Many participants report experiencing deep relaxation, improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a greater sense of clarity and peace.
Perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this sound journey offers a gentle yet powerful way to reset your nervous system and harness the new moon's energy for renewal and manifestation. There's nothing you need to "do" - simply lie back on your mat and let the sounds wash over you while you connect with your intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.
You might drift into a meditative state, experience waves of relaxation, or even fall into peaceful sleep - all responses are welcome and natural as you surrender to the transformative power of the new moon.
Each session begins with a brief centring practice and gentle breathing to help you settle and connect with the new moon's energy. You'll then be guided through a pure sound immersion, concluding with a gentle transition back to regular awareness, feeling restored and ready to plant seeds for your new cycle.
