"Monthly Mini Retreat in Kyogle" 2026! Afternoon Session

Enjoy a 2-hour journey through gentle movement, qi gong, myofascial release, yin yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing at the Hall Uniting Church, in Kyogle, NSW.

Wheelchair accessible.

Reconnect to yourself and set an intention for the month ahead.

This is a very special and unique experience!

Monthly sessions, on the 4th Saturday of the month (except for December) from 2:30pm until 4:30pm:

• 28th of November

• 12th of December

Everybody is welcomed, beginners are encouraged.

Please get there few minutes before 2:30pm so we can start on time.

Wear comfy cloths and bring some water, your yoga mat and a blanket or something to keep you warm for the last meditation, sound healing part of the session.

If you don't have a yoga mat, just let me know, I am happy to lend you one.

Contraindications for Sound Healing:

• Sound-induced epilepsy.

• Non-sound-induced epilepsy

• Pregnancy.  

• Cardiac or brain implants: People with cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, stents or shunts, or deep brain stimulation devices (DBS) should first get approval from their doctor. 

Caution is advised for people with serious mental health challenges (a history of severe depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, etc.)

If you are unsure, you should consult with your doctor before receiving any sound healing.
