Monthly Soulful Sounds

Once a month, we invite you to experience a deeper kind of rest.

As part of our weekly relaxation sessions using frequency and sound, one Tuesday each month is transformed into a special journey with Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Medicine Drum, and other grounding sounds, a sacred space to reconnect, release, and realign.

Let the pure vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls wash over you, opening and balancing the energy centers of the body, while the grounding heartbeat of the drum settles you into a calm, centered state. These instruments work in harmony to help quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and gently guide your body into deep relaxation.

Why this session is important:
When we allow our bodies to rest deeply, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our body’s natural repair mode. These sessions:

• Ease stress and tension

• Support emotional balance and energy flow

• Improve sleep and inner clarity

• Encourage a greater connection to self

Whether you're a current package holder using your session card or joining as a casual guest, this hour is an invitation to pause, be still, and receive.

Please bring:

• A pillow and blanket for comfort
  (Yoga mats are provided)

Spaces are limited each month—bookings are essential.

General Consent and Disclaimer for all Me Mystique & I Events

Healing Session Consent:
I, hereby consent to participate in sessions provided by Loretta at Me Mystique & I. I understand sessions may include hands-on healing, breathwork, frequency healing, sound healing, guided counselling and meditation, and are delivered using wireless headsets. I am voluntarily choosing to engage in these practices.

Nature of Healing Session:
I understand healing sessions may involve non-traditional or complementary methods, including hands-on healing, and the effectiveness of such methods may vary from person to person. Loretta at Me Mystique & I make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of the sessions.

Hands-On Healing:
I acknowledge hands-on healing may involve gentle physical contact, and I am comfortable with and consent to such touch during the session. I understand the intention of hands-on healing is to facilitate the flow of energy and promote well-being.

Acknowledgment of Risks:
I acknowledge there may be risks associated with participating in hands-on healing, as well as breathwork, frequency healing, sound healing, and meditation, including but not limited to physical or emotional discomfort. I agree to communicate openly with Loretta at Me Mystique & I about any concerns or experiences during the session.

Personal Responsibility:
I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during and after sessions. I agree to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect my ability to participate in the healing session.

Confidentiality:
I understand that the information shared during the session will be kept confidential unless required by law. Loretta at Me Mystique & I will not disclose personal information without my explicit consent.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency during the session, Loretta at Me Mystique & I is authorised to take necessary action, including seeking medical assistance, and I agree to cover any associated costs.

Wireless Headsets:
I acknowledge the use of wireless headsets during sessions may involve certain known and unknown risks. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, including hearing impairments, mental health conditions or implanted medical devices, prior to participating. I agree to communicate openly any concerns or adverse reactions experienced during the session and to discontinue use immediately if necessary. I further acknowledge despite reasonable precautions, unforeseen risks may arise, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.
