Event description

Each session is a unique sound ceremony weaving 432Hz crystal bowls alongside my voice and other instruments.

We will begin with some ceremonial cacao, then grounding in our bodies through breath and a little movement, and an invitation to set an intention. Then the immersive sound journey begins...

A safe space to tune in and zone out, allowing for deep restoration and recalibration.
