Moon Dancing

This beauty-full moon you have the opportunity to dive deep through the power of nature connection, trance dance and sound healing. 

We so often move around our lives stuck in our heads and thoughts. We carry so much in our bodies from pain and trauma to deep wisdom and opportunity for healing. When we remember our rightful place of belonging as children of the earth and drop into our bodies and hearts we can access new perspectives and knowledge to move through challenges and step into the greatest vision for our lives and the planet. 

We will open the space and take time to connect with the beautiful country we will be gathering on. We will then move into an opportunity to move our bodies as we need to with some powerful music to support our process. There will then be some time to integrate all that we have received through a crystal singing bowl sound journey. All these pieces coming together in beautiful ceremony and community.
