Since ancient times, our ancestors use the drum for healing rituals, and ceremonies. The rhythms of the drum mimics our heart beat and entrains our brain into an altered state of consciousness. The act of gathering and drumming in circles is beneficial for a sense of belonging to self and One with the community.

If you have always wanted to try drumming but had a fear or a belief that you have no rhythms within you. Come join us to break that belief system, and empower yourself through the rhythms that will flow through your heart to your hands and into the drums.

Beginners are most welcome. Drums are provided. Bring your presence and open heart to receive the gift of rhythms. You will learn how to play the frame drum in different styles, the drum strokes for each style, techniques, rhythms, and skills. If you hear the call of the drum, join us for our next circle! Brothers & Sisters are welcome.
