Menopause is a life-changing transition that happens to all women but is rarely discussed in modern society. During this special full moon weekend we’ll get sound medical advice from Dr. Melissa Gilbert, to understand and how to manage the menopause symptoms we may be experiencing. We will also take advantage of this short ‘pause’ in our busy lives to indulge in delicious healthy meals and meet women in the same life stage.

Workshops include nutritional advice, cacao ceremony and sound journey, intuition workshop, and psychodrama session. For outdoor fun you can choose from Nia or yoga classes on the lawn, walk on some beautiful Northland beaches, kayak on the bay, go on a guided snorkeling tour, walking with llamas and more. In the evening we can enjoy music around the campfire (there may be dancing in the moonlight!) or drinks at nearby Parua Bay Tavern. Whether you are peri, mid or post menopause, there will be something for everyone. Take this time out for yourself, you deserve it!
