What in the world are mooncakes, you ask? Well, let me tell you—they're scrumptious little gems of Chinese pastry that shine during the Mid-Autumn Festival! Made from dreamy wheat or rice flour, these beauties are stuffed with goodies like lotus seed paste, salted egg yolks, or red bean paste. And guess what? We’re whipping up some classic fillings alongside a pumpkin twist that’s sure to tickle your taste buds! I will provide a snack plate for those who havent had dinner.Â
