– No outside food and drinks are allowed on the premises;

– Tickets are non-refundable (unless if the event is cancelled due to force-major reasons) - rain or shine event;

– All attendees need to arrive at the meeting point by 3.30PM (to ensure a smooth check-in);

– Attendees will be subject to ID (current photo ID) and security checks for their bags and other personal belongings;

– The venue is non-accessible; and

– By attending the event, the organiser reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for advertising and/ or publicity purposes, without any compensation to attendees.
