More than Cute! - the benefits of Bollywood

More than Cute is a documentary and workshop that shares the experience of how Bollywood dance can change lives.

Joshinder Chaggar, is a talented documentary filmmaker and Bollywood dance teacher who has directed and produced 'More than Cute' - a documentary that features some of her older students who share their own stories of how Bollywood dance class has changed their lives.

Join us for a screening of this wonderful documentary which shows how Bollywood dance promotes positive aging, then following the documentary and a short Q & A, join Joshinder and some class members featured in the documentary, in a Bollywood dance workshop - to discover for yourself why they have fallen in love with this vibrant and exhilarating way to exercise.

Afternoon tea will be provided following the workshop. 

Event is presented by Victorian Seniors Festival and the Queen Victoria Women's Centre
