Description

Queensland’s strength lies in its people. Across our cities, towns and regions, people from all backgrounds contribute valuable skills, experiences and perspectives that strengthen our workplaces and communities. But are our workplaces attracting and retaining the best talent available, or simply the easiest fit?

This interactive webinar explores how organisations can continue to strengthen their recruitment and selection approaches to attract a broad range of talent and ensure opportunities are accessible to the best candidates.

Through practical examples and real-world scenarios, participants will reflect on recruitment practices, decision-making processes and workplace approaches that support fair, effective and inclusive hiring.

Designed for governments, business owners, community organisations and anyone involved in attracting, selecting or supporting employees, this webinar will provide practical insights and actions to help organisations build strong teams and maximise the value of Queensland’s diverse workforce.
