Join us for a morning flow where we take it slow and mindful, finishing with a sound bath. Stretch, breathe, connect. Soak up the ocean vibes as you move through energizing poses and immerse yourself in the relaxing soundscape as we flow together by sea. The perfect way to kickstart your Sunday with a smile! All ages and fitness levels are welcome! BYO mat if you have one, limited supply available on the day.
