I’m here today to invite you to the second group gathering for this year; Morning Light.

This is a place for you to connect with your emotional, physical, and energetic self. To tune into your life, raise your vibration and take a moment to welcome, anchor and sit in the energy of love, hope and optimism.

To connect with kindred spirits, divine love and to center, ground and anchor your intentions moving forward into the next month.

Reflecting with gratitude on your life, healing and coming home to heart.  

A super nourishing morning full of warm joyous loving vibrations with like minded community.  

Everyone is welcome, this is safe open space,  there are no expectations, no experience needed. Simply come and be with the magic.

Some of what we will dive into:

• Movement, dance, music, breathe connection, shaking off and dropping into soul & body.
• Deep guided meditations and individual energy healing; leading you within, to connect with your center, your intuition, your higher guidance - nourishing your being,
• Journalling prompts and space to write. Connecting and expressing what we find within,
• Space for sharing, connection and welcoming peaceful, blissful space.

These sessions will support you in anchoring and walking a soul led life. Clearing any blocks and limitations, bringing peace to the mind, connecting with trust, self-belief, self love, confidence and gaining clarity where needed.

Honing into your souls intentions, your gifts and welcoming the magic of life.

They will raise your vibration and provide a deep sense of belonging and connection.

Hayley is a Channel, Seer & Intuitive Energy Healer. Moving between this world and the fields of energy/Spirit to bring healing, elevation and transformation for others. Holding a deeply grounded, compassionate, loving and sacred space that empowers others to heal, connect with their divine self, build confindence and trust and above all find love, light and openess in life.
