Join our Ripple community for Morning Ripples this spring and summer!

Our morning beach event allows you to step out of the week, onto the sand and into an experience designed to the dissolve stress of the mind, rest and invigorate the body and uplift the spirit with fun to create a ripple effect of greatness into your week ahead!

Through this session you'll be guided through connection, gentle breathwork, meditation and an optional ice bath. Our team is highly trained in trauma informed practices. We are here to welcome and create the best session for YOU!

What to expect at MORNING RIPPLES :

GUIDED CONNECTION : A crowd favourite; our connection practices aim to create an experience of community bonding, giving you a space to share and listen reminding you of how good it feels to be present with yourself and others. Humans are biologically wired for real connection & this is our specialty.

GUIDED BREATHWORK : Our gentle breathwork session is designed to restore balance to your body, mind and spirit. Conscious connected breathwork supports the nervous system to shift and process stored stress and stuck energy that accumulates in the body through everyday life. The breath clears physical, mental and emotional debris leaving you feeling more spacious, clear and calm. This session is enough to clear the surface stress and bring peace and clarity, without diving into the deep stuff. Our breathwork session completes with a soothing space of meditation to relax deeply and integrate the shifts. (No prior breathwork experience is necessary and comprehensive guidance is shared so you have a tailored experience that is right for you and your body).

(OPTIONAL) ICE BATH - Cold exposure promotes recovery, endorphin release and many physical, mental and health benefits. It can increase your nervous systems stress tolerance and gives you a natural high....and of course great pics for instagram! Our ice bath is your choice - we recommend listening to your own bodies wisdom on whether this is right for you and we frame the experience so you are well informed on your choice and personally guided in the safest way possible.

*Please be aware there are some contraindications to breathwork, if you have any medical or mental health conditions, are pregnant or taking regular medications please let our team know prior to the event. This way we can guide you on alternative approaches where necessary for your experience.

Please arrive 10 mins before session start time and bring along the following :

  • Yoga mat &/or towel

  • Swimwear for ice bath (under your clothes)

  • Water

  • Sun protection

  • An open mind
