It’s been a big couple of years, this event has been designed for you to take an hour out of the norm to feel the gift of connection with yourself, your community, nature and the breath! 

Becc is a former Northern Beaches mum & business owner who has spent the last twelve months diving into the limitless opportunity of breathwork and connecting with community in Qld knowing that the time would soon come to be able to share this gift with this community. Still servicing her beauty and healing clients on the beaches she is excited to give you a taste of something special as a breath facilitator. 

Ripp also runs his own business on the Sunshine Coast and has experienced  the power of community and breathwork and the way it can create a profound impact, along with two friends he cocreated ‘The Ripple Effect’ late last year. A tradie & breathwork facilitator, he has a vision to create big waves in this space! 

What to bring:

•a towel or yoga mat & a blanket
