Event description

GEN VIC hosts regular “MP Meet and Greets” in an informal setting that allow our members to access influential decision makers and share their experiences and advice of contemporary issues with a gender lens.

Previous guests include Assistant Minister Ged Kearney, Senator Jess Walsh, Assistant Minister Kate Thwaites and Anasina Gray-Barberio.

We are thrilled to announce our second session for 2025 will be hosted in partnership with Safe & Equal on Tuesday 29 April to introduce Tim Richardson to our respective members.

Tim Richardson is the Parliamentary Secretary for Men’s Behaviour Change and Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier. He was first appointed to the role in May 2024 – a role created with the aim of reducing violence against women and the first of its kind in Australia.

Join us for this member exclusive over an informal morning tea to share your organisation's priorities and connect with other members across both our peaks.

Please note that unfortunately space is limited to so we ask that you register for only one person per organisation.
