Move it for Mental Health: Fernwood Fitness Morning Yoga at Westfield Parramatta

Enjoy a tranquil morning yoga session with Fernwood Fitness and Lifeline to Move It for Mental Health!

In partnership with Lifeline, we are delivering a morning Yoga session hosted by Fernwood Fitness Parramatta to bring awareness and highlight the importance of physical health and the benefits it has on our mental health and wellbeing. All ticket proceeds will be donated to Lifeline Australia. 

Start your morning with a small group yoga class hosted by a qualified Fernwood Fitness instructor, that challenges the body while calming the mind, and focusing on gentle movement, breathing and relaxation. Running for approximately 45 minutes, the Yoga class is suitable for all skill levels. Once the class concludes, enjoy refreshments and protein bars to refuel and energise your day. Plus, everyone attending will even walk away with their very own wellness gift bag. All abilities welcome!

• When: Saturday 17th August & Sunday 18th August 2024
• Time: 8am-9am
• Where: Level 2, near Culture Kings
• Cost: Adult Member ticket $10, Non-Member Adult ticket $15 + booking fee. Sign up to become a Westfield Member today. Membership details will be requested and reviewed upon event check in. Bookings are essential.
