Morophon’s Menagerie: A BIPOC Vamp Day Event. Hosted by Morophon & Riia Nova.

Vampires are awakening in Arkansas to celebrate BIPOC Vamp Day, a 3-day long online event celebrating Black, Indigenous, and POC vampires in media! Join Morophon and their menagerie of mesmerizing performers to celebrate all things that bite in the night, while spreading awareness about sickle cell disease! A portion of proceeds will be donated to Sickle Cell Disease Association of America. Performances include burlesque and drag artists.

There will be vendors starting at 5pm and selling through the duration of the event. The show itself will start at 7pm. This event is 21+.There will be information throughout the night spreading awareness about sickle cell disease. Ticket price is $30, with a portion going to benefit research for sickle cell disease.

Birdies Cabaret Theater & Lounge is the realization of a long-held dream shared by best friends and fellow magicians, Paul Noffsinger and Paul Prater. The two met over a decade ago at a magic convention, instantly bonding over their shared love of the strange, the theatrical, the power of live performance and especially beer. What began as a friendship built on beer and stagecraft grew into a vision: to create a venue where artists of all kinds could take the stage and be celebrated.

Paul Noffsinger brings a unique blend of hospitality and showmanship to Birdies. With a background that includes owning a brewery in Colorado and a restaurant in New Orleans, he knows how to create spaces that feel vibrant, communal, and full of character.

Paul Prater, a practicing attorney and seasoned performer, is the founder of the long-running Haunted Argenta Ghost Tours. With over two decades of storytelling and theatrical experience under his belt, he infuses Birdies with a love of the mysterious and an eye for immersive entertainment.

Together, the Pauls have built Birdies as a warm, inclusive space that welcomes everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned artist, a first-time performer, or just in search of a good cocktail, tasty foods, terrific beer and a great show, you’ll find a home at Birdies Cabaret Theater & Lounge.
