MEET YOUR KEYNOTE PANELIST SPEAKERS (ANNOUNCED SOON!)

Renee Norman is a proud mum of three girls and the co-founder of She Moves, an award winning online fitness community designed to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. What began as a passion project (and what she describes as a “slow burn”) has grown into a thriving business supporting thousands of women. A firm believer in following your passion and doing what you love, Renee feels grateful to spend her days building a business that’s deeply connected to her personal values. She’s a strategic thinker and creative who loves all things business, and is especially passionate about supporting mothers in the workforce - women who are raising families while building meaningful, ambitious careers.

Jenna Smith is the co-founder of She Moves, an online platform empowering thousands of mothers across New Zealand to move with confidence at every stage of life. A former high school PE and health teacher, Jen transitioned from the classroom to entrepreneurship while raising her three young children. With no background in tech or business, she taught herself everything from product development to automation - growing She Moves with her business partner and bestie, Renee Norman, from a grassroots idea into a thriving membership-based platform helping thousands of mums across the country. Whether it’s birth injuries, hormone shifts, sleepless nights, or the weight of the motherhood load, Jen knows first-hand how hard it can be to prioritise movement. She’s passionate about helping other mums feel strong, supported, and seen in every season of motherhood.

Sami Stretton was born on a farm just outside Morrinsville and quite literally raised in the world of fashion. From an early age, she was surrounded by frocks, fabric, and the fast pace of a growing brand. She began her schooling at Tatuanui Primary, then moved on to Southwell School in Hamilton, where she was proudly appointed the inaugural Head Girl.

After completing her studies at Otago University and a brief time at fashion school, Sami launched her career in retail with roles at The Warehouse Group and the Specialty Fashion Group. But the call of home and the family business proved strong.

For the past eight years, she has worked alongside her mother, Annah, helping to evolve and grow the Annah Stretton brand through both triumphs and challenges, including navigating the impact of COVID on the retail sector.

Sami is also the co-founder of Olive’s Kitchen, a natural pet wellness company focused on creating high-quality products for animals. In March 2023, she welcomed her baby boy River into the world, adding motherhood to her already busy life.

Today, Sami balances business, motherhood, and her role as GM of Stretton Group with passion, purpose, and a clear vision for the future.
