Mother Circle with Lila

A closed listening circle for mothers to come together and connect.

My intention is for you to feel heard, held and validated in your motherhood journey.

We will gather weekly on Zoom to slow down and share with intention.

All of you is welcome, the messy parts, the angry parts, the overwhelm, exhaustion and emotions.

I invite you to show up exactly as you are and share whatever is on your heart.

Equally you may prefer to sit back and listen. That is participation too!

My aim is for the space to feel warm, welcoming, non-judgemental and safe.

Sitting in circle myself over the past 5 years has truely changed my life....

We all deserve listening time, we all deserve compassion and empathy.

We are all doing such an incredible job, even though sometimes it may not feel like it.

I am SO passionate about mothers feeling heard and supported, this is why I do what I do!
