Mother Daughter Half Day Retreat

Our Mothers walked, so we could run.

Join us for our half day retreat tailored to Mothers, daughters, aunts, grandmothers, granddaughters, sisters.

During the workshop find yourself immersed in yoga, breathwork, dance, cacao and connection.

Snacks included and for lunch; Freshly made chickpea and potato curry served with pilau rice and naan bread after the workshop in Solas’ gorgeous eatery. 

Come along to celebrate the important women in our lives, who have nurtured, supported and loved us unconditionally.
