I would love to tuck you all up & invite you into the dream realms.

This Class offers you an hour to step out of the busy world, reflect & reenergise through the practice of Yoga Nidrã - a very ancient, reclined meditation whose origins can be traced back to South East Asia and whose influence & process can be found mirrored in many indigenous traditions across the Earth. For this is the practice Of the Earth herself. This is 'ma's technology', as said by one of my teachers - Yoli Maya Yeh.

No prior experience necessary. Please bring comfy, warm layers, a favourite blanket or treasured pillow...anything that will make you feel extra nestled during the session.

Classes usually begin with a prayer to earth & cosmos, some breath & body movement, some writing/drawing exercises, and the sessions usually end with some Chai, intuitive explorations & some sweet conversation...
