Event description

How good are Mums! And what better way to celebrate Mother's Day than with a beautiful Breathwork session with an amazing group of people. Give Mum the gift of relaxation, peace & love this year by starting her day in this life changing way.

Whether you are a Mum, want to come with your Mum, or would just like to join us to celebrate the incredible women in your life, everyone is welcome to join us for a beautiful Sunday morning practise.

We promise you will all feel super spoilt.

Breakthrough Breathwork is a transformative practise that guides you into altered states of consciousness where profound healing, growth and emotional release can take place.

Together we will explore the power of the breath, the power of community and the power of our own bodies to heal, release and regulate.

The morning will include a warm cup of cacao, a transformative breathwork flow, & a beautiful heart centred guided meditation....

Breakthrough Breathwork is completely safe and beneficial for most people, but if you fall under the following categories you cannot take part in Breakthrough Breathwork/ this event.
