How does the experience run?

Each seating runs for 1.5 hours and begins promptly. To ensure the full experience, we ask guests to arrive on time. We’re unable to extend sessions for late arrivals for any reason, but any unfinished food can be taken home. Thank you for helping us keep the day running smoothly for everyone.

Will dietary requirements be accommodated?

We’ll do our best! Please let us know any dietary needs when booking your ticket. We cannot make changes on the day. Due to the nature of the menu, not all substitutions may be available, but we’ll communicate openly and do what we can.

Is there parking available?

Street parking is available nearby. Please allow time to find a parking spot as the event is strictly 1.5 hours per sitting.

How is seating allocated?

Tables are allocated based on group size. To ensure you're seated together, please make a single booking for your group. Most tables will feature a standard table and chair setup, but some may offer more relaxed, lounge-style seating. All options are comfortable, but if you or your guests have specific needs (e.g. elderly or accessibility requirements), please let us know and we’ll do our best to seat you accordingly.

What happens if it rains?

Should the weather turn wet, we’re unable to offer refunds, but rest assured we’ve planned for this. Everyone will be seated under cover, though it may be a little more cosy than expected. We’ve put a lot of care into this day and truly appreciate your understanding and support.

Is the event suitable for children?

This event is designed for an adult audience. There is no children’s menu, no discounted child pricing, and the setting includes hot drinks, alcohol and fine bone china. A limited number of high chairs are available for babies.
