Mother's Day Panel at Paloma Salon
Event description
This intimate Mother’s Day panel explores the evolving identity of motherhood through the lens of wellness, inner strength, and modern beauty. Bringing together voices from holistic health, mindful movement, and conscious self-care, the panel will invite reflection on how mothers can nourish themselves as deeply as they nourish those around them.
Each speaker offers a unique insight into the interplay of motherhood and self:
Jessie Whittaker (The CALMM): on nervous system regulation and how calm is a radical act of self-preservation in modern mothering.
Tori Clapham (Peaches Pilates): on reclaiming physical strength post-partum and the link between movement and mental resilience.
Amanda Haberecht (Darling Health): on integrative women’s health, hormonal support, and empowering maternal choices across life stages.
Paloma Garcia (Paloma Salon): moderating with the gentle strength of someone who understands the intimate power of holding space—for beauty, for care, and for each other.
Jodie King (Skin Clinics Blyss) on how skin reflects our inner state and the importance of tending to our outer selves with the same compassion we extend inward. Jodie brings a nurturing perspective on skin health as a form of modern-day ritual, helping mothers reconnect with their reflection—guilt-free and glow-full.
