Event description

A Mother’s Retreat

In Honour of Mothers Day we are inviting you to step into a space of deep rest, nourishment, and reconnection. Our Mothers Retreat is a two and half hour gathering designed just for you—an opportunity to pause, be held, and receive in a sacred gathering.

✨ A Space Just for You ✨
This is a sacred space for mothers to come without babies or children—a moment to focus solely on your own well-being. Here, you are invited to rest, replenish, and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by a community of women who understand the depth of motherhood.

Together, we will weave a heartfelt journey through:

✨ Guided meditation and breath practices

✨ Gentle yoga to reconnect with the body and breath

✨ A creative expression practice to tap into inner wisdom

✨ Soothing head or foot massages with herbal massage oil by Yumiko to enhance healing and relaxation

✨ Opportunity to share reflections

✨ A warm, nourishing cup of tea and space to simply be
