Motherhood, while busy and often filled with people, can sometimes be a lonely journey. We spend much of time on the surface of conversations and connections with those around us. Rushing between activities, multitasking and managing the mental load does not leave much space or time to truly be present with ourselves or to hold deep friendship.
Circles provide this space – to sit with yourself and others.
