Mother.Wise - Navigating Puberty with Confidence: A Journey of Empowerment for Mothers
Event description
Dear Mums,
Are you navigating the beautiful yet sometimes challenging journey of guiding your daughter through puberty?
If she is pre-pubescent, are you concerned about when you need to start having conversations with her? What is the best time to start preparing for your daughter's puberty journey? Is eight years old too early? Is ten years old too late? These questions and more are what come up during our Seeding Wisdom program which is a year long journey with Mums and daughters aged 8-12 years old. Facilitating this program over the past three years has taught me about what mums need in terms of education, information, encouragement and support so that they can be with whatever arises during the unique puberty journey their daughter will have.
I have personally traversed an incredible journey over the last five years with my own fourteen-year-old daughter—learning, adapting, and growing at every juncture. This journey has shaped not only my approach to motherhood but also my ability to meet her ever-changing needs.
MotherWise taps into the collective living wisdom of mothers.
MotherWise recognizes a mother's own lived experience of puberty and her first period, delving into how these experiences have shaped the attitudes and beliefs she has developed about herself and her womanhood.
MotherWise acknowledges the generational responsibility we bear in healing our own mother line.
That's why I'm excited to invite you to this empowering online course:
