Motherhood & Spirit is a lovingly crafted online program for mothers who are navigating the wild beauty of raising little ones while yearning to stay connected to their inner world.

Over three deeply enriching months, we’ll gather in circle with other mothers, listen to the lived wisdom of those further along the path, and reconnect with the sacred space within ourselves that often gets left behind in the busyness of everyday life.

In these intimate conversations, guest mothers will explore how their personal/spiritual practice has supported them through the sacred initiation of motherhood—nurturing both their body, mind and spirit while embracing the transformative journey of becoming a mother. From balancing self-care with the demands of motherhood to finding spiritual grounding in the chaos of daily life, these conversations will offer wisdom, connection, and practical guidance for mothers looking to align with their true selves. This online, accessible program will provide powerful tools for following your spirit through the beautiful, challenging, and ever-evolving path of motherhood.
