Mothers' Cacao Circle

Hello Beautiful Mamas,

We are so excited to be bringing this special event to you all, this time in Titirangi!
This will be a nourishing and restorative space for Mums to rest, connect and share their stories (if they feel called to) with heart opening Cacao in our hands. Gathering in a circle to speak to what is present in our lives and to be received in a safe space, without judgment, without the need to fix, change or advise. Fully present to our experience. Listening with intention and care. Then, we will sit back to receive a shamanic drumming journey.

A little more about the magical Cacao we will be sitting with and the Shamanic drumming journey.

Kakao Drinking Chocolate is the Cacao Rachel has personally journeyed with for almost 8 years now. Her unique essence and dragon energy is particularly special, she truly is bliss in a cup and having tried many different strains of Cacao Rachel always feels called back to her with the magical song and vibration she calls forth in the body.

Shamanic drumming journey is a powerful meditative state created by the rhythm of the drum beat. It activates theta brainwaves and takes us to a place where we can deeply relax and work with our subconscious mind. It has been widely practiced by Original People around the world throughout millennia.

Having had a break from facilitating for just over four years now, Rachel felt called to step back into this space and share the magic of Kakao with others Mothers, as we connect through our shared experience of Motherhood.

It will be an honour to hold space for you and we feel it is going to be a very special group of women. We trust you will leave feeling nourished and rejuvenated, and equipped with some insights - ready to care for yourselves and your families.
