You're invited to an enchanting garden party at The Grounds this Mother's Day, where our stunning venue provides the perfect backdrop for an enchanting high tea. Enjoy a selection of sweet and savoury treats, served with a cup of tea, coffee, or juice, all within a beautifully styled setting that's as delightful as the occasion itself.

With live entertainment and picture-perfect details around every corner, this is an experience made for those looking to celebrate in style and embrace a little extra magic!

• Poached chicken finger sandwich, with celery and mayo.
• Salted beef and mozzarella finger sandwich, with fennel slaw and pickle sauce.
• Poached lobster choux, with créme fraîche, fennel and caviar.
• Truffled mushroom tartlet, with fontina and caremelised onion.
• Chicken and water chestnut sausage roll, with roasted tomato relish and aioli.
• Poached rhubarb tartlet, with hibiscus and almond.
• Fig, wild honey and white chocolate macaron.
• Champagne, rose and strawberry roll.
• Passionfruit and mango crémeux on vanilla shortbread.
• Canelé, with mascarpone cream and rum custard.
  
• A cup of tea, coffee, or juice.

Please note that a special menu, different to the one above will be served to children aged 12 years and younger. All dishes will be plated to share.

• Please leave all candles, flowers, and tableware behind after your experience. Missing items may incur a charge.
• Arrive at least 10-minutes early to make the most of your 90-minute session!
• Sessions are first-come, first-served, so don't wait too long.
• All bookings must be made at least 72-hours in advance.
• Your experience includes one drink (tea, coffee, or juice) per person, but you're welcome to purchase extras on the day.
• Alcohol is only available to guests aged 18+ years after 10am.
• If your group size changes, refunds for individual tickets are available for up to 72-hours before your session. Please contact us on (02) 9699 2225.
• Need to cancel your booking altogether? Full refunds are available up to 5-days before your session.
• Refunds cover the face value of the ticket but not booking fees, as these are charged by Humanitix. For details, check out their website.
• This menu can be adjusted for vegetarians. Other modifications aren't available, but we can arrange an alternative - just contact us before booking. Please note that not all ingredients are listed on the menu. Be aware that our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen handling nuts, shellfish, gluten, and eggs. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free food.
