• Petra will carefully glaze and fire your piece, and this service is included in your ticket. While every effort is made to ensure the best possible result, working with clay can be unpredictable, and occasionally pieces may crack or break during firing.

• You will be notified when your item is ready for collection, usually within 4–6 weeks.
