The perfect pairing is back. MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA returns in 2026.
Following the success of last year’s cheese-filled festival and pinot-paired party, the two events are back together once again, bringing friends, fromage and fermentation under one roof for one of Australia’s biggest food and wine celebrations. In Melbourne, everyone’s favourite blend will run from Friday 3rd July to Sunday 5th July at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), with plenty of room to explore and taste at your own pace.
The collaboration brings together two established events - MOULD and PINOT PALOOZA into one shared experience that’s relaxed and designed for discovery. It’s the best of both, side by side.
MOULD will showcase 50+ varieties of Australian artisan cheese, drawing producers from around the country and spanning everything from fresh and delicate to bold, aged favourites. Expect plenty to taste, plenty to talk about, and plenty to take home.
PINOT PALOOZA brings together 50+ expressions of Pinot Noir from Australia, New Zealand and beyond, celebrating the diversity of the grape across regions and styles, poured by the winemakers and producers behind the bottles.
Beyond the tastings, there’s lots more to explore. Bars across the event will be pouring a curated selection of wine alongside spirits, beer and cocktails, while food producers round out the experience with ready-to-eat bites, pantry staples and grazing essentials - perfect for fuelling the day or upgrading your next cheese board.
Presented by REVEL, the 2026 program is a full-spectrum celebration of cheese and pinot, with over one million samples poured, plated and ready to enjoy.

Tickets are $59 + booking fee.
Ticket includes; festival entry, unlimited cheese and pinot tastings, a complimentary cooler bag for cheese purchases, a wine glass for tastings, a custom wine tote and a $25 Vinomofo wine credit. Session numbers are limited to keep things flowing comfortably.

FAQs
- ARE THERE ID REQUIREMENTS OR AN AGE LIMIT TO ENTER THE EVENT?
Yes. As alcohol is at the event, and it is for all ages, children need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. You must be over 18 to consume alcohol, Please bring a valid form of identification with you on the day just to be sure (Passport or driving license).
- TASTING, NOT DRINKING
Creating a safe, welcoming and non-intimidating event environment is what we’re all about so any inappropriate behaviour, of an intoxicated nature or not, that is dangerous to yourself and or others, is just not acceptable. We have a strict ‘no tolerance’ policy so if we witness any of the above, we reserve the right to take appropriate action and have you removed from the venue. ALL Bars close 15 minutes prior to each session ending to adhere to licensing and venue requirements and regulations. Please be understanding.
- ARE CHILDREN PERMITTED AT THE EVENT?
This is always a tough one. Whilst the answer is a non discriminatory ‘yes’, our events are often very busy, loud and a little hectic so not an ideal place for little people. We suggest getting a baby sitter and having the day off. We’ll bring the wine.
- DO KIDS NEED TICKETS?
Nope! All children under the age of 18 are free however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR?
Only if there are any available. But more often than not, ‘no’ as the events sell out prior. We cap numbers to ensure everyone has a great time and it’s not too crazy as we want you coming back. We strongly suggest buying tickets prior to ensure you don’t miss out.
- IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
Refunds are not available for this event. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be transferred to the new dates. If you can't make it to the new dates, we'll of course refund your tickets. To resell your ticket, please use Humanitix resale. Do not use Facebook marketplace.
- I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AT ALL?
If you didn't receive a confirmation email at all. Please check the spam folder as sometimes they get stuck there. Other times, when in a rush to purchase (!), some accidentally enter their email address incorrectly. If that’s the case, drop us an email and we’ll search and resend. But all good, you’ll be in our system.
- DO I NEED TO PRINT THE TICKETS?
Nope! You can show your ticket on your phone.
- DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
No! We are a cashless event. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, EFTPOS & AMEX. All major cards accepted. There is a 1.1% transaction fee on all transactions.
