When: Saturday and Sunday afternoons
What to Wear: Togs or comfortable clothing
What to Bring: Two towels (one for sitting and one for after) and plenty of water

Sauna Experience:

Duration: 1 hour (20-minute cycles)
German Sauna Practice - Aufguss: Indulge in a traditional German sauna ritual where cold water infused with essential oils is poured over hot rocks. Experience the enveloping warmth as a towel helicopters the hot air down on you, providing a comforting sensation akin to a warm blanket.
Contrast Therapy: After the sauna session, spend 4 minutes in the invigorating ocean to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and boost your overall vitality through contrast therapy.
