ADVANCED LEVEL: Mt. Tammany Hike

Join us on Saturday, November 9th for an epic advanced-level hike at Mt. Tammany in the Delaware Water Gap, New Jersey. This isn’t your average stroll—it’s a heart-pumping, leg-burning adventure made for experienced hikers who crave a serious challenge.

We’re talking steep, rocky switchbacks and a 1,200-foot elevation gain that’ll put your stamina to the test. The payoff? Jaw-dropping views of the Delaware River and surrounding mountains that’ll make it all worth it. But heads up—this trail is no joke. If you're not used to rugged terrain and high-intensity climbs, this hike might not be for you.

So, lace up those sturdy hiking boots (sneakers won’t cut it), pack plenty of water and high-energy snacks, and get ready to crush this trail with an awesome crew. We’ll kick off the day at Worthwild in Chelsea, and after the hike, we’ll celebrate with food and drinks before heading back to the city. If you're up for an intense outdoor adventure, this one's calling your name!

EVENT DETAILS:

• 10:00 AM – Meet at Worthwild
• 10:30 AM – Depart
• 11:45 PM – Arrive at hike entrance
• 2:00 PM – Snack break on the trail
• 4:30 PM – Conclude hike head to food and drinks
• 6:30 PM - Depart back to NYC
