Move for MADA - Fundraising for our Youth
Description
Together we move for change against domestic abuse
Move for MADA is back for its third annual event, once again bringing the community together, uniting locals and encouraging collective action against domestic abuse.
Join us on Sunday, 20th of September for a 2km or 5km. Walk or stroll at your own pace and community event at Harold Gregson Park from 9am-12pm.
This year, our focus is on raising vital funds to support children and young people impacted by domestic and family violence (DFV), helping provide safety, care, and recovery support for those who need it most. Funds will be distributed to Maitland services providing resources to our young people.
The run is $25 adult entry donation, free to attend the event. 100% of adult entry donations go directly to services and will specifically support programs and services for children and young people impacted by DFV. Under-18s are welcome to attend free of charge.
