Move, Breathe, Reconnect.

Weekly classes offering you an invitation to slow down and to reconnect back to yourself through a gentle yoga flow, meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) whilst also connecting with other amazing humans to share the journey with along the way. After the growth of the Move, Breathe, Reconnect beach sessions during the Summer months, the classes have now moved into a cosy studio located in St. Kilda. 

What to expect during the class: 

  • A gentle yoga flow, accessible to all levels. 
  • Meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques). 
  • Techniques to help down-regulate the nervous system. 
  • A safe space to slow down and unwind after a busy day. 
  • An opportunity to connect with other amazing humans.

What you need to bring:

  • A yoga mat (some will be available on a first come, first serve basis if you do not have one).
  • A jumper or/and a blanket to stay cosy for Savasana at the end. 

Weekly classes every Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm in Jibasso Studio, 252 St Kilda Rd, St Kilda VIC 3182. 

Tickets are purchased on a give what you can basis as I wish to make classes accessible to all regardless of financial circumstances. 

A limited amount of 4 class pass bundles are also available to purchase for regular attendees at a discounted price. 

First time attending? Please sign the mandatory waiver form beforehand which will be emailed to you.

Some extra information:

As everyone comes to yoga and breath-work for different reasons please let me know of any injuries or relevant medical information as I want the sessions to be inclusive for everyone. However, please read through and sign the waiver beforehand to make a decision whether or not these classes are suitable for you.

The golden rule is ‘if it does not feel right in your body then do not do it’. I encourage you to stop when ever you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance if you are unsure about whether a pose, movement or breathing / meditation instruction is right for you. If it’s not possible during the session, then I am always here to speak to in confidentiality before or after class. I am here to create a space for you where you can feel safe, seen and heard. I am more than happy to offer adjustments or alternatives if something doesn't feel right for your body. These classes are an opportunity to re-connect back to ourselves. One of the main values of the community is to allow you to lead your own practice by connecting and listening to your body.

If you are pregnant this class will not be suitable for you. If you have a current or past experience of any cardiac, neurological or seizure conditions this class may also not be suitable for you. Please talk to me before the session about any reoccurring or new issues that may affect your practice so I can offer extra guidance or alternatives.
