Daniela is a passionate yoga practitioner and founder of Latinmat, dedicated to creating vibrant and welcoming spaces for movement and connection. She began her learning journey nine years ago and has been teaching for the past six. Her path started as a yoga and mindfulness teacher for children, as her main profession is early childhood education. She later expanded to teaching adults, and her sessions stand out for including not only the physical experience of conventional yoga, but also meditation and breathing techniques as an essential preparation for practice. Today, she also incorporates practices such as static dance as a form of moving meditation.
Her training has been primarily in Ashtanga, and she is certified in Hatha Vinyasa in Thailand. She is currently a Dharma Yoga student and considers herself an eternal learner, sharing with enthusiasm her love for learning and teaching through this science.
