This 2-day movement workshop immersion is an invitation—a gentle call back to yourself. No steps to master. No perfection to chase.

Professional guided instruction will take you through a variety of different movement styles, including, Movement Meditation, Zenthai, Contemporary Dance, Voice expression, Musical Theatre Jazz & more.

This workshop is ideal for people who simply love to dance and are open and curious about exploring different movement & expression styles.
