A dance social for mums, babies & little ones in Cairns.

Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also feel a little lonely. Move Mama Move is a space to put the routine aside for an hour, turn up the music, move your body and meet other mums who are in the same season of life.

No dance experience. No perfect hair. No pressure to keep up. Just mums, babies, music and a whole lot of fun. 🫶🏼

Your baby stays close in their carrier while we dance, sing, laugh and move together. And yes — if your little one needs a feed, cuddle, nappy change or a little break, that's completely okay.

What to expect:

• 45 minutes of fun, feel-good dancing

• Babywearing-friendly, babies stay close to you

• Easy, follow-along routines, no dance experience needed

• A relaxed, judgement-free space for mums

• Plenty of opportunities to chat and make new mum friends

Who is it for?

Mums with babies and little ones are welcome. Pregnant mamas are welcome too! Older siblings are welcome to come along if needed.

What to Bring 🍍

• Your baby carrier - babies stay close while we dance 🫶🏼

• Your little one's essentials - nappies, wipes, bottle/feed, etc.

• Water bottle

• Comfortable clothes you can move in

• Yourself! No dance experience or fancy workout gear needed.

Come for the dancing. Come for the mum friends. Come because you deserve an hour that's just for you. ✨

Limited to 10 mums per session.
