Move More - Mental Health Month
Led by our qualified Exercise Physiology Chapter, as part of the Health and Wellbeing Ambassadors at UNSW, let's get moving this Mental Health Month!
Running for the whole of October, on every Friday from 11am to 12pm, join us for an all-level exercise and mindfulness session, to get your endorphins going. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, or just starting to get moving in lockdown, everyone is welcome.
Need that little bit of motivation to get moving? One lucky attendee will receive a MASSAGE GUN! Every session you attend is one entry to the lucky draw - so the more sessions you attend, the higher chance you'll win!
