Come on down on Saturday morning for our next Move, Breathe, Connect session!

Relax and unwind from a busy week and get the weekend off to an empowering start with some simple movement, breathwork and a relaxing guided practice to finish off. You'll also get to connect with some awesome humans as well!

Feel free to bring the family along for a bit of fun and a relaxing way to start the weekend.

**When**: Most Saturdays. Check Humanitix for dates and times

**Location**: On the beach in front of the Busselton Youth & Community Building (East of the Jetty). If it is raining we will be inside the Youth & Community Building, in the same location just off the beach. Look for the Blue A-frame sign!
