    Event description

    We would LOVE to see you at the first Move, Mindfulness, Manifestation event! 

    This event is for everyone at any fitness / meditation level who is ready to step further into balance and alignment and manifest your dream life. 

    We're combining expertise to bring you a chill morning run followed by mindfulness and a walking manifestation. 

    This event will be energetically POWERFUL and will help you catapult into the direction you want to go. 

    Remember you can come along to both portions of the event or just one, whatever you prefer.

    We recommend both because you will expand your comfort zone and feel a strong sense of empowerment.

    DETAILS

    This Saturday 1st June

    Nobby’s Beach SLSC: 25A Albatross Ave, Mermaid Beach

    6:20am RUN CLUB ARRIVAL IN FRONT OF THE SLSC

    6:30am run for 30 minutes as at a conversational pace with Claire Taylor (@coachedbyclaire__)

    7am finish run back at the SLSC, take selfies, drink water, prep for the walking manifestation meditation

    7:15am WALKING MANIFESTATION ARRIVAL ON THE BEACH BEHIND THE SLSC

    7:30am Setting intentions and mindset with Hayley Rockliff (@hayleyrockliff)

    7:40am Esther will prepare our energy for the manifestation and lead us through the walking manifestation meditation (@esthers_universe)

    9am Finish followed by a quick refreshing ocean swim if you want to join, but no pressure. 


    WHAT TO BRING (check this list before you leave the house or pack it the night before).

    • Water for after the run and meditation
    • HEADPHONES & YOUR PHONE (can't do the walking manifestation meditation without them)
    • SUNGLASSES! You will be in a trance state while walking and the sunnies help you stay in your own experience 
    • A snack or protein bar for after the run if you're likely to wanting to settle your tummy
    • A towel to sit on / and for after the swim if you're joining for that 
    • Wear swimmers under your clothes if you're planning on the swim
    • A jumper to wear for the walking manifestation meditation - it's pretty chilly in the mornings, especially after a run when you've cooled down

    HOW TO PREPARE

    This week in the lead-up to the event, please take the time to journal your intentions. 

    This means, ask yourself how you want your life to look and feel and write it down - here are some prompts:

    • What obstacles within yourself do you want to overcome? 
    • How do you want to feel in your daily life? 
    • What future would you love to manifest for yourself? (Write this one in detail as if it's a memory of something that's already happened for you). 

    The Friday night before the event, please try to look after yourself and get 7 - 8hrs sleep

    Drink plenty of water the day before - energy work makes you thirsty


    WHAT TO EXPECT

    Compassion, love and understanding from your coaches. 

    Before the run you will set the intention to release any energy that is no longer serving you, through this movement.

    The walking manifestation meditation will take place on the beach - you will only bring your phone, headphones, sunnies and car key with you,

    so it's important to bring a towel and water bottle that you're happy to leave on the beach at our meeting / returning point (we'll hope for the best that they'll remain safe).

    It's helpful to wear something with pockets or a waistband that you can pop your phone and key into so you can have your hands free for the walk. 

    You will follow Esther through everything so you don't need to worry about when to stand, sit and walk. 

    We will begin the manifestation meditation by sitting on the sand on our towels, eyes closed, headphones on. 

    We will press play on the guided Joe Dispenza meditation at the exact same time so we are all in the same experience at the same time.

    Then the mediation progresses and we are guided to open our eyes, stand up and walk in a trance like state (on the hard sand).

    We will then stop again and walk up to the softer sand, face the ocean and close our eyes as the meditation progresses.

    Then we will walk again, this time feeling even CLOSER to our future self. 

    Then we will stop and sit and meditate, getting even closer again. 

    We go on one final walk, back in the direction from whence we came, floating and walking with purpose into our new reality. 

    We will have one final sitting portion of the meditation - this part is very powerful. 

    Once it's done, the music will stop and we will open our eyes and stroll back the short rest of the way to our towels. 

    Then it's time for a swim if you're up for it or you can head home. 

    We recommend that you drink plenty of water in the following days, as well as journal your experience and be soft and kind to yourself. 

    There's a purpose behind doing this as a group as well as the sitting / walking / standing which we will explain on the day.
