Event description

Get your tickets now for this exciting Move Over Cancer launch event to help PINC & STEEL raise funds and awareness for life-changing rehabilitation.

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr Brent Anderson – internationally renowned physiotherapist and founder of Polestar Pilates – to New Zealand for this exclusive live event.

Brent has introduced the power of movement and rehabilitation to communities around the world. Now, he's bringing his wisdom, warmth, and movement philosophy to Auckland. Guided by MC Bernice Mene, this uplifting evening explores the powerful relationship between movement, connection, and wellbeing, and officially launches the 2025 Move Over Cancer campaign.

You’ll also hear from Lou James MNZM, founder of the PINC & STEEL Foundation, on how this campaign is transforming lives across Aotearoa.

Why you should attend:

Move with intention – Join Brent Anderson for a movement session designed to restore energy, build resilience, and reconnect you with your body.
Connection is essential – In-person connection is important.. Loneliness can affect our health as much as smoking 15 cigarettes a day, while shared movement enhances mood, motivation, and mental health.
Movement enhances wellbeing – Physical activity is proven to support brain health, immunity, emotional wellbeing, and mobility at every age and stage.
Giving back feels good– Helping others is one of the most effective ways to boost our own wellbeing. By attending, you’re supporting access to life-changing cancer rehabilitation across Aotearoa.

🎟️ All tickets are a donation to the PINC & STEEL Foundation, helping more New Zealanders affected by cancer access the rehabilitation they need and deserve.

You can join our ambassadors and supporters either in person or online, a recording will be available for virtual attendees unable to make the live event.

Once sold out, to join the waitlist for in-person tickets, please contact lou@pincandsteel.com.
