Celebrate Physical Literacy Week at Byford Library with Sing, Move, Regulate — an inclusive, play-based session supporting children’s social and emotional development through music, movement and play.

Children will have fun while learning to:

• Manage big emotions and recognise and express their feelings.

• Develop language skills and confidence.

• Improve focus, coordination and resilience.

The session includes live music, movement, sensory experiences, interactive stories and sharing circles in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.
