FAQs

General Admission Notes:

Tickets do sell out fast for this one weekend performance. General Admission ticket seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that all audience members fill in all seats and not leave any empty seats in the middle of a row. We are trying to accommodate our large community so we need audience support to fill the theater. Ushers will assist in minimizing seating gaps.

Is there ADA seating available?

Yes, we offer ADA-accessible seating. Please purchase a general admission ticket and then email us at movethebutte@gmail.com with your specific needs so we can reserve the appropriate seating for you.

Do all children need a ticket?

Yes, all children need a ticket regardless of whether they sit on your lap or not. Occupancy is based on the number of people in the theater. You MUST have a ticket for each person in your party attending the show. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Door Times:

Doors open 45 minutes before show times for general admission seating.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Email us at: movethebutte@gmail.com

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It's best to bring your printed ticket or ticket on your phone. If you are not able to do this, then we will have a separate line for looking up names.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, the name of the attendee does not need to match the ticket, but if someone else is using your ticket, you must send them with the printed ticket or ticket on their phone. Once a ticket is scanned, it will not work again.

Will you sell extra tickets at the door?

Maybe....The shows will likely be sold out.  However, we sometimes have last-minute extra tickets that will be sold at the door after all ticket holders have been seated. It's always worth trying for a miracle!!

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are not available.
