This immersive event is designed for those who carry emotional pain that often shows up in the body-whether it’s tension, stress, frustration, or even physical conditions like poor circulation or arthritis. Our bodies hold onto unexpressed emotions, and through breathwork, sound, and mindful movement, we can begin to release, restore, and heal on both emotional and physical levels.

In this safe, nourishing space, Elle will guide you to truly listen to what your body is saying and show you practical ways to work through what’s been held inside.

You’ll discover how specific breaths and movements can help you:

  • Release anger and frustration stored in the body

  • Improve circulation and restore flow (supportive for arthritis and chronic tightness)

  • Unlock stagnant energy that may be weighing you down

  • Guided Himalayan breathwork and meditation to access inner release

  • A deeply restorative sound healing journey led by Max, using his extraordinary healing voice and highly resonant instruments such as crystal bowls and drums, designed to nourish both body and soul

  • Gentle grounding movements that teach you how to reset your nervous system and support physical healing

  • Teachings on how to use breath and movement at home to support both emotional release and physical wellbeing

  • Space for reflection, truth, and self-acceptance
