Move with Lifeline Bondi

Sarah Nelson, Raj Barker of Body Medicine, Daisy Turnbull and Lifeline Bondi invite you to join us for ‘Move for Lifeline Bondi’.

An evening of joy and movement for Lifeline Bondi, as we raise vital awareness and funds for Lifeline Bondi's local crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Time: 5:30pm arrival for 6:00pm start. Class finishes at 7:00pm

Ticket pricing: $39 + Sticky Tickets booking fee - We have priced our ticketing to reflect the cost of one call to Lifeline Bondi

Class details

A movement practice fusing yoga, mat pilates, dance cardio and breath awareness. Bring a friend, don't forget your yoga/exercise mat and wear comfortable exercise clothes. Sneakers optional.

If you aren't able to make it in person and would still like to be involved, we have a donate to Lifeline Bondi option in our ticketing options that you can make a contribution to supporting the vital services that Lifeline Bondi have for the community.

All proceeds raised through this event go towards supporting Lifeline Bondi's local suicide prevention and mental health services.
