Move With The Seasons: Wilsons Prom Day Retreat

Move With The Seasons is a day retreat designed for women craving time to slow down to be with themselves, connect with likeminded females and embrace the cyclical nature of being a woman, through all of it's ebbs & flows.
This movement-based retreat will begin with a yoga flow with Menstrual Cycle Coach, Rachel Jennings, where we will learn to connect with the natural seasons within our cycles in a slow & intentional yoga flow suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Following this, we will experience a hike up Mt Oberon, where we will gather at the top to pause and admire the breathtaking views over Wilsons Promontory National Park and enjoy our lunch (BYO lunch & snacks). At the conclusion of our hike, we will head to Squeaky Beach for a cleansing and connected ocean dip to conclude our day together. Throughout the day you can expect a series of fun and meaningful connection activities facilitated by Zoe from Glow Girls Community. These are designed to prompt deeper conversations, learn new things about yourself, and connect with women in a fulfilling way.
